The organisation management team comprises of executive director who ensures  implementation of day-to-day activities and the  policies of the organisation  in order to achieve the goals .The management is responsible for:

  1. Communicate expectations mission, vision and strategy to entire staff
  2. Ensure delivery of quality programs that are effective and efficient
  3. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and other requirements
  4. Manage day-to-day operations and program implementation in order to achieve the objectives.
